Full Job Description Shift Details:

Join our team and play a key role in producing high-quality plastic products in a safe, team-oriented environment. What You'll Do Operate and monitor injection molding machines Perform assembly, trimming, hot stamping, and basic rework Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met Stack and move finished goods safely Complete production paperwork and track scrap Maintain a clean, organized work area (5S) Communicate with team members and report any issues What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED preferred Manufacturing or warehouse experience a plus Team-oriented with strong attention to detail Ability to follow procedures and meet production goals Physical Requirements Lift up to 30 lbs regularly Frequent standing, reaching, and handling of parts Move materials with assistive equipment as needed Why Join Us?
