Production Associates are responsible for assembling high-quality cabinetry components while maintaining Quest's standards for craftsmanship, quality, and efficiency. Whether you have previous woodworking or manufacturing experience—or are looking to begin a career in production—we are willing to train individuals who demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Reports To:

Team Leader / Production Manager Responsibilities As a member of our Assembly (Cabinets) Department , responsibilities include: Assemble cabinets, drawers, and related casework components according to production specifications. Sort, organize, and prepare cabinetry components for assembly. Inspect materials and completed assemblies to ensure they meet Quest's quality standards. Read and interpret work orders, drawings, and blueprints. Safely operate a forklift when required (training and certification provided). Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. Attend all required safety training sessions. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to achieve daily production goals. Work independently while contributing to a team-oriented environment. Learn company manufacturing processes and standard operating procedures. Cross-train in other areas of the Assembly Department and production operations as business needs require. Perform other duties as assigned by the Team Leader or Production Manager. Qualifications Previous manufacturing, woodworking, cabinetry, or assembly experience is preferred but not required. Basic understanding of cabinetry, woodworking, or manufacturing processes is a plus. Ability to read and interpret drawings and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Self-motivated with excellent organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Basic Microsoft Office proficiency is beneficial. What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience.
