Location:
Sheboygan Falls, WI Benefits:
Medical, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance Pay Rate:

$22.00 - $25.00 Per hour based on experience

Term:

12-month contract with possible extensions or permanency based on performance

Shift:

WEEKEND SHIFT, Friday to Sunday from 6:00 AM to 6:30

PM Requirements:

HS Diploma or

GED / 2-3

years of manufacturing or related experience preferred

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dependable and safety-focused Manufacturing Operator 2 to provide temporary manufacturing support within a Membrane Manufacturing facility . This position supports a 24/7 manufacturing operation and is responsible for performing day-to-day production activities to maintain continuous operation of the manufacturing line and deliver quality samples to customers. Candidates should be comfortable working in a manufacturing environment involving chemicals, production equipment, analytical testing, and strict safety and quality procedures.

Requirements:

High School Diploma, GED, or HSED required 2-3 years of manufacturing or related experience preferred Previous experience in a manufacturing, production, chemical, laboratory, or similar industrial environment preferred Basic proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting abilities Basic mathematical skills Ability to read, understand, and follow written procedures, protocols, and work instructions Strong attention to detail Effective written and verbal communication skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment under the direction of chemists, supervisors, and other manufacturing personnel Ability to sit and stand for extended periods Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. unassisted Ability to operate or learn to operate forklifts, hand pallet trucks, hand tools, laboratory equipment, calculators, and weighing/measuring devices Must successfully complete a pre-employment physical

Essential Responsibilities:

Perform daily manufacturing activities to support continuous operation of the membrane manufacturing line. Verify the quality and integrity of materials and equipment used throughout the manufacturing process. Identify equipment malfunctions and, with appropriate approval, take corrective action. Perform in-process analytical testing , including work-ups and basic interpretation of results according to established work instructions. Support managers, supervisors, chemists, and other team members in a multi-shift manufacturing environment. Follow established manufacturing procedures, safety requirements, and quality standards. Understand and apply information presented during safety, manufacturing, equipment, and process-related training. Work in accordance with applicable

FDA, OSHA, EPA, DNR, DOT

, and other regulatory guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of manufacturing areas and production equipment during each shift. Assist the Maintenance team with the operation, maintenance, and general upkeep of facilities and equipment. Operate hand tools, laboratory equipment, weighing and measuring devices, and other production equipment as required. Assist with troubleshooting and provide input regarding manufacturing and process-related problems. Communicate effectively with manufacturing personnel and other departments. Actively contribute to a positive safety, quality, and inclusive workplace culture through both actions and communication. Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment after completing site-provided training.

USOPS Pay:

$22.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
