Now Hiring:
Production & Packaging Associates (Day & Night Shifts Available) | Food Manufacturing Facility Looking for a steady, full-time role where your work directly impacts a high-quality food product? We're hiring reliable, detail-oriented team members to support operations in a fast-paced dried fruit manufacturing and packaging facility. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, take pride in consistency, and want to be part of a team that keeps production moving efficiently.
Available Shifts Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:15
PM Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:15 AM Rotating schedule (built-in variety and consistent hours) What You'll Do Sort and inspect dried fruit to ensure quality standards are met Load products onto conveyors and assist with packaging processes Support machine operations by feeding or unloading product Keep production lines running smoothly by restocking materials Clear minor jams or debris safely (with supervision) Package finished products into cartons or trays accurately Perform light sanitation duties (sweeping, wiping surfaces, waste removal) Follow all food safety, cleanliness, and workplace safety standards What It Takes to Succeed Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Dependable, team-oriented mindset Willingness to work a rotating schedule Forklift experience is a plus for some roles—but not required.
