2nd Shift Assembler - Medical Devices About the Role Join a team where precision saves lives. As a 2nd Shift Assembler , you'll play a vital role in building medical devices that help remove blood clots and improve patient outcomes. Working in a cleanroom environment, you'll assemble and test intricate components under a microscope, ensuring the highest quality standards. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity with the potential to grow into a permanent role.

• All candidates MUST be open to Overtime during the weekdays and open to working Saturdays when needed.

6 Openings- 2nd shift 3:45pm or 3:30pm start time through 12:00am (midnight) What You'll Do 🛠 Assemble and test medical devices following detailed instructions and processes 📋 Comply with quality system policies, guidelines, and regulatory requirements 🔍 Inspect raw materials and catheters using a microscope (90% of the shift) 📣 Report issues with quality, processes, or equipment to supervisors 🤝 Train coworkers on job functions when needed 🧼 Maintain a clean, organized work area to support manufacturing efficiency ➕ Perform other duties as assigned What We're Looking For 1-2 years of manufacturing, medical assembly, or cleanroom technician experience Hands-on experience with microscopes and small part assembly Strong communication skills and attention to detail High School Diploma or equivalent Flexibility to work weekdays and Saturdays, with occasional early starts
