Connecticut Shoreline Area $19.00 per hour Monday-Friday | 7:00 AM-3:30 PM Overtime Available Experience Working Under a Microscope If you've worked with small parts under a microscope or other magnification equipment, we'd love to hear from you. We're seeking a detail-oriented individual to join a precision manufacturing team where quality, accuracy, and attention to detail are essential. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys focused, hands-on work in a clean, climate-controlled environment. Easy commute from Old Saybrook, Westbrook, Clinton, Essex, Deep River, Chester, Killingworth, Madison, Old Lyme, East Haddam, Haddam, Middletown and surrounding Connecticut communities. Why You'll Like This Opportunity $19.00 per hour Monday-Friday, 1st shift schedule Overtime opportunities available Clean, climate-controlled manufacturing facility Opportunity for permanent hire Professional, team-oriented work environment What You'll Do Inspect small precision components using a microscope Remove small burrs and imperfections from finished parts Follow detailed work instructions and quality standards Handle delicate components with care and precision Maintain a clean and organized work area What We're Looking For Experience working with small parts under a microscope or magnification is strongly preferred Excellent attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to perform repetitive, precision work with accuracy Strong hand-eye coordination Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Ideal Backgrounds Candidates with experience in any of the following are encouraged to apply: Microscope inspection Small parts manufacturing Precision assembly Medical device manufacturing Electronics or circuit board assembly Laboratory or research work using microscopes Quality inspection Optical or ophthalmic manufacturing Deburring or precision finishing Jewelry making, jewelry repair, or other fine-detail work You'll begin your employment with A.R.
