Perform Precision Work — Use microscopes, tweezers, cutters, pliers, and other small tools to complete intricate, multi‑stage assemblies (up to 17 steps). Inspect for Quality — Conduct visual inspections to ensure every component meets strict medical standards. Support Production Flow — Flex between product lines, adapt to changing priorities, and help meet daily and weekly output goals. Maintain Clean Room Standards — Follow gowning procedures and protocols to keep the environment contamination‑free.
