2nd Shift - 3:30 PM to 2:00 AM (100% Onsite)Role Overview:
BEPC is seeking a Medical Device Assembler to support production within a manufacturing cell environment. This role focuses on assembling, repairing, and testing high-quality medical devices such as pacemakers and related components. The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity , experience working with small components , and the ability to use microscopes or precision tools in a clean, regulated environment.Key Responsibilities:
Assemble, repair, and test medical device components following detailed procedures Work with small, delicate parts using fine motor skills (e.g., needlework, precision assembly) Utilize microscopes and precision tools for detailed assembly tasks Maintain accurate documentation and production records for traceability Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and quality requirements Perform quality inspections to ensure product compliance Support continuous improvement and Lean Manufacturing initiatives Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentQualifications:
High School Diploma or GED preferred Ability to read and comprehend instructions (minimum 7th-grade reading level required ) Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity Experience working with small components, tools, or microscopes Ability to follow detailed instructions and maintain focus on repetitive tasks Basic computer skills and familiarity with data entry systems Good communication and teamwork skillsPreferred Qualifications:
Experience in medical device, electronics, or precision assembly manufacturing Experience with microscope work, sewing, or fine assembly tasks Familiarity with cleanroom or regulated environmentsWork Environment:
Onsite manufacturing environment with strict gowning and cleanliness requirements Work involves handling small, delicate components Requires attention to detail and adherence to quality and safety standards Must follow dress code and contamination control policiesAbout BEPC:
