As a Medical Assembler, you'll help create critical components used in stents and catheters , working in a cleanroom setting with advanced tools and microscopes. This is a great fit if you enjoy detailed, hands‑on work and take pride in producing high‑quality products. 🛠️ What You'll Be Doing Assemble and inspect small, precision medical components in a cleanroom 🧼 Operate coil‑winding machines and perform fine wire assembly Use microscopes for detailed inspection and manipulation (60
  • 90% of your shift in some areas 🔍) Inspect, deburr, and finish molded parts using hand tools like pliers, knives, and files Assemble components in CEA areas using small hand tools and microscopes Perform laser welding and finishing on delicate medical parts Operate automated presses and stamping equipment for implantable housings Ensure all parts meet strict quality and cleanliness standards âś… Follow written work instructions and complete production documentation accurately âś… Skills & Qualifications 3-6+ months of experience in medical manufacturing or small‑part assembly Strong microscope experience and comfort with detailed, repetitive work Excellent hand dexterity and fine motor skills âś‹ Experience working in cleanroom environments Familiarity with coil winding machines, presses, stamping equipment, and laser welding Ability to deburr, file, and finish delicate components Mechanical aptitude and willingness to cross‑train and learn new processes 🌱 Additional Qualifications Adaptable, dependable, and quick to learn Enjoys working in a fast‑paced, detail‑driven environment Comfortable spending extended time under a microscope đź’™ Why You'll Love It Here Be part of a team that manufactures life‑saving medical devices in a clean, organized, and supportive environment.

  • $19.53/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
