Assembly Operator Apply Now Job Description:
Location:
Rochester, New Hampshire CoWorx is seeking detail-oriented Assembly Operator II candidates to join a growing medical manufacturing team in the Rochester, NH area! This position works in a clean room environment assembling high-quality medical products while following strict quality and safety standards. All assembly work is performed in a temperature and humidity-controlled clean room. Employees are required to wear company-provided hair nets, gowns, safety glasses, shoe coverings, and gloves while working in the clean room.
Shift:
Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30
PM Responsibilities:
Set up, change over, and clear production lines Complete production documentation and quality records Perform visual and microscope inspections Monitor product quality and notify leadership of any issues Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area Assist in training Assembly Operator I employees Support production needs and additional duties as assigned Assemble medical products following written procedures and work instructions
Desired Background/Skills:
1-2 years of electro-mechanical assembly experience Experience working in a manufacturing, medical device, or clean room environment preferred Experience with soldering, crimping, testing, inspection, or similar assembly processes strongly preferred High School Diploma or GED required Ability to stand for the duration of the shift, excluding breaks Ability to work in a clean room environment while wearing required PPE Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks with precision and accuracy
