Temporary-to-Hire Key Responsibilities Assemble medical device components following established work instructions and procedures. Perform a variety of assembly processes Conduct visual and microscope inspections to ensure product quality standards are met. Complete required production documentation and maintain accurate records. Monitor in-process product quality and report any issues to production leadership. Assist with production line setup, changeovers, and line clearance activities. Support and train entry-level assembly team members as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment. Follow all company quality standards, procedures, and safety requirements. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required. 1-2 years of electro-mechanical or medical device assembly experience. Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to accurately count, measure, and follow detailed instructions. Experience working in a manufacturing, clean room, or regulated production environment is highly preferred.
