Job Description Create new programs and modify existing CMM inspection plans using Calypso, CAD models, and engineering drawings Prove out inspection programs, perform GR&R studies, and troubleshoot programming issues Conduct hands-on inspections using CMMs and traditional measurement equipment Support prototype development and production quality initiatives Analyze inspection results and SPC data to drive process improvements Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams to resolve dimensional and quality concerns MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law. The Successful Applicant A successful CMM Programmer should have: Experience programming CMMs, preferably using Zeiss Calypso Strong understanding of GD&T including true position, MMC, datums, and feature identification Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and CAD models Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment Knowledge of
SPC, GR&R
studies, and quality inspection processes Proficiency with Microsoft Excel; SolidWorks or other CAD experience is a plus What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $83,000 to $92,000 annually.
