Job Summary:
  • We are seeking a detail-oriented Medical Device Assembler to support the production of high-quality medical devices within a manufacturing cell. This role works under close supervision and plays a critical part in ensuring product quality, safety, and compliance.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Perform a combination of assembly, repair, and testing operations on:
  • Pacemakers
  • Implantable cardioverter defibrillators (ICDs)
  • Leads and related medical device assemblies
  • Follow standardized procedures and complete routine assignments with high accuracy
  • Ensure all job documentation is accurate and up to date
  • Maintain traceability of parts and accurate production/quality records
  • Communicate clearly with manufacturing management regarding ideas, issues, and solutions
  • Follow all safety guidelines and properly use safety equipment
  • Participate in continuous improvement and quality initiatives
  • Support Quality Management Systems (QMS), Environmental Management Systems (EMS), and regulatory requirements
  • Assist in setting and monitoring performance and quality metrics with supervisors
  • Maintain a positive attitude when interacting with internal teams and external visitors (e.
g., tours)
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
  • Ability to:
  • Read, comprehend, and follow written and verbal instructions
  • Use electronic data collection systems and basic computer software
  • Prioritize tasks based on urgency and importance
  • Handle and maneuver small components with precision
  • Make sound decisions with minimal supervision
  • Basic understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles (preferred).
USOPS Pay:
$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
