This position is offering a pay rate of $18/hr. however, Belcan considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to education, experience, geographic location, and discipline. POSITION SUMMARY

This position will assemble and support the various medical device manufacturing processes. A detail-oriented Medical Device Assembly Technician to assemble, test, inspect, and refurbish electro-mechanical medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assemble and test electro-mechanical devices and components.
• Follow work instructions, schematics, wiring diagrams, and specifications.
• Perform quality inspections and identify product defects.
• Use testing and inspection equipment to verify product compliance.
• Maintain accurate production and quality records.
• Adhere to safety, quality, and manufacturing procedures.
• Support training and cross-training of team members.
• Participate in production meetings and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 1-2 years of manufacturing, assembly, production, or technical support experience.
• Ability to read and follow technical instructions and documentation.
• Basic proficiency with Windows, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work 10-hour shifts (4 days/week) and overtime as needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with ERP systems or electronic work instructions.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, warehouse, or medical device environments.
• Familiarity with hand tools, testing equipment, and component assembly.
• Coachable, adaptable, and committed to quality and safety.
