September 14, 2026 - September 13, 2027 Role Overview BEPC is seeking a Manufacturing Assembly Technician to support our client's manufacturing operations in Irving, TX. This hands-on role is responsible for assembling mechanical, electrical, and electronic components, performing testing and calibration, and ensuring finished products meet established quality and regulatory requirements. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and experience working with hand and power tools. Experience in an FDA-, ISO-, or GMP-regulated manufacturing environment is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities Assemble instruments and mechanical, electrical, and electronic components using hand tools, power tools, fixtures, and limited automated equipment. Perform product testing, calibration, and verification to ensure accuracy, functionality, and reliability. Inspect components and finished products to ensure compliance with applicable FDA, ISO, and internal quality requirements. Identify and troubleshoot production issues and collaborate with engineering, quality, and product development teams as needed. Complete required production documentation, including material control and non-conformance records. Follow established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs), Quality Management System (QMS) requirements, and safety procedures. Work efficiently and accurately to support daily production and build goals. Contribute to continuous improvement and a culture focused on safety and quality. May train other assemblers after demonstrating proficiency in assigned processes. Perform additional duties as assigned.
Qualifications Required:
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and specifications. Experience or demonstrated proficiency using hand and power tools, such as screwdrivers, wrenches, and measuring equipment. Strong mechanical aptitude and hand-eye coordination. Basic computer skills and mathematical comprehension. Strong written and verbal communication skills. English fluency sufficient to read and understand technical documentation, complete required training and production records, and communicate effectively with team members. Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more as required by the position.
Preferred:
Previous manufacturing or assembly experience in a regulated environment. Experience working under FDA or ISO requirements. Familiarity with GMP/cGMP practices and quality management systems. Experience with product testing, calibration, inspection, or troubleshooting.
