We're committed to delivering the materials that keep projects on time and customers satisfied. As a Ready Mix Driver, you'll be the heartbeat of our daily operations. You'll be responsible for safely operating a Class A or Class B vehicle to transport and deliver ready mix concrete to active job sites across the region. You'll maneuver in tight construction environments, follow all safety guidelines, communicate with dispatch and customers, and represent our company professionally every single day.

Responsibilities include:

• Safely operate a Class A or Class B vehicle to transport and deliver ready mix concrete to job sites
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment is in proper working condition
• Maneuver in tight job sites and follow all site-specific safety guidelines
• Load the mixer per batch tickets and customer specifications
• Monitor concrete quality in transit, adjusting water and drum rotation as needed
• Operate chutes, extensions, and pumping equipment for discharge
• Communicate clearly with dispatch regarding load status, delays, and job-site needs
• Complete delivery tickets, daily driver logs, and DOT-required documentation
• Clean and maintain the mixer drum, chutes, and truck equipment after each delivery
• Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally at all times
• Work closely with plant personnel and contractors to maintain operational efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of verifiable ready mix concrete truck driving experience
• Valid Class A (preferred) or Class B license with Tank Endorsement
• Minimum 21 years of age (DOT requirement)
• Must pass DOT pre-employment drug screen; subject to random testing
• Current DOT medical certification
• Clean DMV record with no serious violations in the past 3 years
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
• Dependable, safety-focused, and committed to reliability
• Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
• Familiarity with Riverside, San Bernardino, and Jurupa Valley road networks
• Knowledge of concrete materials, mixing procedures, and quality control
• Clean driving record with no serious violations in the past 3 years
• Able to work flexible work schedule (overtime and weekends as needed).

$26-$30 (DOE)
