WHAT YOU'LL DO
Lead from the Front Lead technicians and temporary labor on water mitigation and mold remediation projects. Take ownership of daily jobsite operations, crew productivity, and quality of work. Assign tasks, train team members, and ensure everyone is working safely and efficiently. Identify problems before they become bigger problems and communicate solutions. Execute Like a Pro Perform water extraction, structural drying, selective demolition, and mold remediation. Set up and monitor drying equipment, including air movers, dehumidifiers, and air filtration devices. Build proper containments and establish negative air pressure when required. Perform moisture inspections, document readings, and adjust drying plans. Follow industry standards, safety protocols, and company procedures. Own the Job Communicate professionally with homeowners, project managers, and other team members. Ensure daily documentation is completed accurately, including photos, moisture logs, equipment tracking, and job notes. Manage materials, equipment, labor, and jobsite cleanliness. Keep projects moving while maintaining quality and controlling costs. Represent Allied with professionalism from the first day on-site through project completion.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of experience in water damage restoration and/or mold remediation. Experience leading technicians or managing field crews. Strong understanding of water extraction, structural drying, demolition, and containment procedures. Ability to use moisture meters and document drying progress. Experience with restoration equipment, including dehumidifiers, air movers, and HEPA air filtration devices. Ability to communicate effectively with customers and coworkers. Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record. Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting equipment and working in confined spaces. Availability for emergency response, after-hours work, and weekends as needed.
Highly Preferred:
IICRC WRT
certification. IICRC ASD and/or AMRT certification. Experience performing mold remediation under industrial hygienist protocols. Experience with Albiware, Encircle, or similar restoration software. Experience managing multiple jobs and coordinating daily field operations. Bilingual English/Spanish. Don't check every box?
