Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated Blow Mold Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining blow molding machines to produce high-quality plastic containers and products. Your expertise will ensure efficient production processes, adherence to safety protocols, and precise quality standards. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced machinery and contribute to innovative plastics manufacturing solutions. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and monitor blow molding machines, ensuring optimal performance throughout production runs Conduct routine inspections of molds, machinery, and finished products to maintain quality standards Perform adjustments and troubleshooting on blow molding equipment, including robotic systems and CNC-controlled machinery Handle materials safely and efficiently, including materials handling and warehouse organization Use precision measurement instruments to verify dimensional measurements and ensure product specifications are met Maintain accurate production records, quality inspection reports, and machine logs Follow safety protocols diligently while operating industrial equipment such as press brake machines, CNC lathes, and other manufacturing tools Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of plastics blow molding processes and related equipment such as CNC lathes, press brake machines, and robotic systems Experience with plastics injection molding, extrusion, and production processes in a manufacturing environment Ability to troubleshoot engineering issues related to machinery or materials handling quickly and effectively Proficiency in using programmable logic controllers (PLCs) for machine automation control Skilled in dimensional measurements, precision measurement in machining, and quality control inspection techniques Familiarity with forklift operation and warehouse experience for materials movement and storage management Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and process adjustments Knowledge of safety protocols related to industrial equipment operation and materials handling Join us in creating innovative plastic products while working in a vibrant environment that values safety, precision, and continuous improvement. Pay:
$17.50 - $20.00 per hour
