Level 2 Production Test Operator

Mini-Circuits designs, manufactures and distributes integrated circuits, modules, and sub-systems for high-performance radio frequency (RF) and microwave applications. Position Summary:

The L2 Production Test Operator performs electrical tests (Production runs or Qualification runs) for all types of electrical parameters as assigned by the department supervisor.

Job Functions:

Prepare test setup and perform testing using production test programs as per documented procedure. Verify the workstation is ESD safe before performing any work assignment. Properly segregate all nonconforming products as per documented procedure. Document all completed production run information per procedure. Complete a test failure report if applicable. Save all required test data to the Network. Return test fixtures to the designated hold area and properly maintain unused accessories. Verify that any accessories used are cleaned and usable per applicable procedure. Report any discrepancies found in any test documents in use. Verify the revision status of all documents and CPs used to process assignments. Assist with Test setup preparation for team members The duties, responsibilities and expectations described above are not a comprehensive list and additional tasks may be assigned to the member, within the scope of the position.

Qualifications:

High school diploma with vocational background, two years of technical school (TCI) or an Engineering degree, is highly prefeered. 6 months experience in test or related experience. Ability to read, write and orally communicate in English. Ability to move test equipment occasionally for setup preparation or during test and calibration cycles.
