Job Description:

Preview channel playlists / programming to ensure that all video files are available and ready for broadcast as scheduled. Check technical quality of TV content and assure that are error free. Editing, managing of on air logs, automation playlists and server device management. Create discrepancy reports on scheduling, traffic and on-air irregularities and problems. Report equipment problems to Supervisor and perform emergency workarounds. Watch all his/her channels video and audio for any issue or problem and escalate as needed. May be assigned to other duties as necessary for emergency or special operating conditions.

Qualifications:

High diploma or equivalent degree. Degree in Broadcasting , Media , Communications - highly desirable

Mandatory Requirements:

Willingness to work overtime, and on weekends with short notice. Willingness to submit to a background investigation. Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States. Must be 18 years or older.

FLUENT ENGLISH REQUIRED

Interpersonal and professional communication skills in English. Basic computer skills and familiarity with Windows operating systems Ability to multi-task and react quickly during daily broadcasts. Versatile and capable of learning specialized software applications and have an aptitude for operating electronic equipment Great attention to detail, excellent computer skills, and must be able to work in a fast paced environment

Desired Requirements:

in broadcast and production technology. Ability to multi-task and react quickly during daily broadcasts. Availability to work all shifts, including early mornings, evenings, holidays, weekends, late breaking news and hurricane emergencies.
