Test Operator - 2nd Shift Are you passionate about electronics, troubleshooting, and testing? An electronic component manufacturing company is seeking an Electronics Test Technician to support manufacturing operations through product testing, programming, troubleshooting, and test equipment setup. Shift of the
Test Operator:
2nd shift: 3:15 p.m. - 11:45 p.m. Pay Rate of the

$17/hour Responsibilities of the
Test Operator:
Set up and configure test equipment according to established procedures Perform product testing, programming, and inspections following technical documentation Identify electronic components, values, and orientations using schematics and work instructions Troubleshoot test failures and support debugging efforts to minimize downtime Assist with test fixture qualification, equipment validation, and test procedure implementation Support production teams with test equipment setup, maintenance, and performance improvements Analyze test data and recommend solutions to improve test coverage, quality, and efficiency Accurately document testing activities and follow quality standards and procedures Collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality teams to resolve technical issues Follow all safety, ESD, IPC, and ISO quality requirements Requirements of the
Test Operator:
Minimum 1 year of experience in electronics manufacturing Familiarity with
IPC-A-610
standards Ability to read and understand technical documents, test procedures, and work instructions Ability to identify electronic components and interpret basic electronics documentation Experience working with test equipment and troubleshooting electronic assemblies Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills Good communication and teamwork abilities Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Windows-based systems Test Operators Apply Today!
