This position is responsible for supporting extrusion blow molding operations through machine setup, process optimization, troubleshooting, mold changes, quality inspections, and operator support. salary: $52,000 - $68,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 12 AM education: High School Responsibilities Execute safe and accurate startup procedures on blow molding production equipment Perform color changes, material changeovers, purging, and tooling setup Troubleshoot machine, process, tooling, and auxiliary equipment issues Adjust temperatures, pressures, speeds, and process parameters to maintain quality standards Perform mold changes and startup of new production jobs Inspect first article parts and perform quality checks using calipers, micrometers, and other measuring tools Document process changes and maintain process control records Work closely with Quality to ensure weights, dimensions, and colors remain within specification Train and support production operators Provide floor support and break relief coverage as needed Assist with preventative maintenance activities Troubleshoot grinders and auxiliary equipment Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate equipment and process issues effectively during shift transitions Enforce PPE requirements and plant safety procedures
