We are looking for team members who are hard working and have a willingness to learn and advance. Technicians are responsible for traveling to job sites to install/test equipment, troubleshoot problems as needed, and clean up after the job. White Oak Residential is a full service company specializing in residential and commercial waterproofing, mold remediation, and foundation repairs in the Indianapolis Metropolitan area. Your training in mold remediation and repair will be directed by an experienced supervisor. You will learn water extraction, pack out of contents, removing/disposing of non-salvageable materials, cleaning, setting up and monitoring air scrubbers, and other mitigating and/or restoring aspects of each particular job. All essential equipment for the job will be provided to you.
You must have:
A valid driver's license The ability to work within a team Good customer service skills Punctuality The ability to lift up to 70 pounds by lifting, carrying, pushing or otherwise repositioning equipment The ability to stand, walk, crawl and crouch for extended periods of time
