Why You'll Love This Job ✔ Mostly seated work ✔ Calm, clean environment ✔ Headphones allowed ✔ Simple, repetitive tasks (easy to learn!) ✔ Paid breaks + paid lunch ✔ Friendly, supportive team What You'll Do As a Molding Operator, you'll work with plastic injection molding machines to produce medical device components: Review work orders for molded parts Set up your workstation Place components into molds (when needed) Remove finished parts from the press Trim and sort parts Inspect for quality Package and label components Complete basic paperwork Keep your area clean and organized Support team tasks as needed What We're Looking For High school diploma or GED Ability to read, write, and speak English Reliable & detail-oriented Comfortable doing repetitive work Willingness to learn (No machine experience required — we train you!)
