Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform changeovers and set ups of molds and machines pertaining to mold and version changes. Improve machine efficiency through uptime and optimization.
Complete required trainings:
Paulson, Systematic I, EAM, and crane. Assist Process Techs and Maintenance in troubleshooting issues pertaining to mold and press functions. Install dies on machines according to specifications (i.e., layouts, STW, BOMs). Participate in safety and communications meetings as scheduled.
Support in times of need:
i.e., production support, vacation coverage, and overtime changeover support. Complete all safety and company compliance training on time and according to schedule. Follow and document process parameters (platen layouts) to ensure repeatable results. Troubleshoot to improve and develop repeatable molding processes. Properly handle and care for all materials, molds, and tooling. Be actively involved in Continuous Improvement; promote and sustain all CI, 5S and STW activities.
Work Experience:
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment preferred Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety standards Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to work independently and as part of a team
