Injection molding experience is a major plus, but we are willing to train the right candidate with strong mechanical aptitude and machine setup experience. Key Responsibilities Set up and operate plastic injection molding machines to produce high-quality products. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments to optimize quality and production efficiency. Troubleshoot equipment and process issues to minimize downtime. Perform mold changes, machine setups, and routine preventive maintenance. Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards. Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area. Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to continuously improve manufacturing processes. Qualifications Previous experience with machine setup, manufacturing equipment, or injection molding preferred. Plastic injection molding or process technician experience is a strong plus. Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot equipment. Ability to read and follow work instructions and quality standards. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong communication and teamwork skills. Commitment to workplace safety and quality. #hc262375
