Take the lead on the floor as our Process Technician, owning the full lifecycle of each job-from mold changes and start-up through first article approval, operator training, and final shut down. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced injection molding environment and takes pride in producing quality parts right the first time.

This position is for 2nd
Shift:
Mondays - Fridays, 3:30pm - 12:00am, with some weekends
Top Accountabilities:
Ensure safe and efficient mold changes and job start-ups, maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing processes, and collaborate cross-functionally with operators, quality, and project teams to deliver successful, high-quality production outcomes.
Qualifications Qualifications:
3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding (process technician or setup role)Proven ability to perform mold changes, start-ups, and process troubleshootingStrong understanding of injection molding processes, materials, and part quality standardsExperience with first article inspections and basic quality measurement toolsAbility to read and follow work instructions, process sheets, and part printsStrong communication skills with the ability to train operators and work cross-functionallyHigh attention to detail with a focus on safety, quality, and efficiencyAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and manage multiple prioritiesExperience with scientific molding or RJG principlesFamiliarity with automation/robotics (e.g., Wittmann)Basic computer skills for documentation and production tracking CompensationThe expected pay range for this position is $32-35/hour. This position qualifies for a shift premium.
