As a Manufacturing Process Technician at Magna Engineered Glass, you will provide essential technical support to our production team throughout all manufacturing phases. Your role includes actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cycle times and minimizing downtime due to setup, change-overs, processes, and tooling.

We have immediate openings on second and third shift for experienced Process Technicians.As a Manufacturing Process Technician at Magna Engineered Glass, you will provide essential technical support to our production team throughout all manufacturing phases. Your role includes actively participating in continuous improvement initiatives aimed at reducing cycle times and minimizing downtime due to setup, change-overs, processes, and tooling.

REQUIREMENTS
Level 1: 3-5 years of experience working in a technical role in a manufacturing environment. Ability to troubleshoot, update, and work on equipment and systems in the area of responsibility. Strong interpersonal skills and effective written and verbal communication abilities in English. Level 2: 1-2+ years of experience working at Level 1 or a similar role, or a combination of relevant education and experience. Proficiency in injection molding, with preference given to experience with RJG systematic molding. Strong interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and in a team, demonstrating professionalism at all times.- Level 3:
