We are currently seeking Tool Maker Trainee, with the below qualifications 2nd shift: Monday- Friday, 3:00pm- 11:00pm Professional Attributes Efficiently operate manual machines such as mills and grinders and heat treat ovens. Efficiently operate the wet grinder and grind parts per direction and to print. Assist the lead mold makers with assembling molds complete with a goal of making good parts at first sample. Meet scheduled hours and dates of all tasks, with the goal of completing ahead of schedule. Maintain an attitude of Continuous Improvement. Make suggestions for improvements. Maintain a department that is neat, organized, and clean at all times. Carry out tasks for tool building under the direction of the department lead person. Learn mold Fit, Assemble, Complete, and Inspect of injection molds. Responsible for Department Housekeeping, Cleanliness, and Organization as required Desired Skills and Experience Good mechanical aptitude, Organizational and communication Abilities a must, Must demonstrate ability to work in a team environment to accomplish all tasks of the department. Ability to learn new tasks efficiently. The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Must be able to lift and move up to 100lbs infrequently
