Blueprint reading helpful Job Duties Read work instructions and work orders to make sure each job is done the right way.

Run molding machines to make quality plastic parts that meet company standards.

Check each part for defects, trim extra material, and perform simple quality inspections.

Pack finished products into boxes and prepare them for shipment.

Share important information with the next operator and follow directions from team leaders and supervisors.
