• 5:30pm ) 25-Mar-2026 to 24-Apr-2026 (CST) Aluminum 1409 Vine Street, Le Sueur, MN, United States 25.00 per hour $25 base plus $1.25 shift differential Hourly Full Time Medical, Dental, 401k with Match, Generous paid holidays, PTO, UTO and more This position works Sunday, Friday, Saturday; 12 hours shifts 5am
• 5:30pm Work 36 hours a week. get paid for 40. Training will occur on 2nd shift 3pm
• 1:20a m Monday
• Thursday for up to 3 months.

Under supervision, operate Perm Mold equipment in a safe and effective manner ensuring optimal production flow and quality product while learning all aspects of perm mold including operation, programming of various perm mold machines and other peripheral equipment. Inspect aluminum castings and parts, ensuring they meet the specifications according to specific work instructions. May pour molten metal at times.

Minimum Education:

Reading and understanding English language work instructions and some computer use

Preferred Education:

Some trade school or equivalent

Minimum Skills/Experience:

Effective computer experience, Independent decision-making, and effective self-management. One or more years of relevant work experience

Preferred Skills/Experience:

One to three or more years of relevant experience. Demonstrated mechanical aptitude, plus Strong mechanical aptitude and proven machine operations and/or mechanical aptitude, effective computer use, basic Math skills, independent decision-making, and effective self-management.

Functional Requirements Consistently able to:

Manually lift and move product and materials up to 50 lbs. through regular physical exertion, including but not limited to reach forward, reach overhead, lift, carry, crouch, and bend Power grip and wrist turn, including the use of hand tools and/or steering fork truck Walk, sit, or stand for up to 12 hours with intermittent breaks Push/pull up to 100 lbs. See, inspect, handle and evaluate product quality Read and understand written English language work instructions Work in non-climate controlled environments, including hot and humid conditions Climb ladders and stairs of varying heights Wear task-based Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) provided by LSI Protective Footwear Hearing Protection Protective Eyewear Gloves Additional PPE may as required by specific tasks
