Job Summary:

Openwork is seeking a Test Operator to support testing and troubleshooting of data server systems. This role suits candidates with hands-on technical experience and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

• Set up, calibrate, test, and troubleshoot circuits, components, instruments, and mechanical assemblies.
• Test and troubleshoot assemblies and final systems.
• Set up and test more complex systems and mechanical assemblies.
• Follow Test Process Instructions (TPI).
• Interpret Statements of Work (SOW) to determine test specifications, methods, and procedures.
• Complete rework on assemblies and systems as needed.
• Prepare technical reports summarizing findings and recommending solutions.
• Assist with unpacking, packaging, labeling, and crating as needed.

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months of related experience.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.).
• Familiarity with computer components and proper (ESD-safe) handling.
• Ability to lift, push, and/or move up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Ability to stand for extended periods.
• Comfortable working on ladders or stools.
• High school diploma or GED required.
