Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a technically skilled Worship Broadcasting AV/Media Technician to assist with our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation of all audio, video, and media elements during worship services and live events. Your expertise will help create an engaging and inspiring experience for our congregation by managing live sound, video production, and media content . Responsibilities Operate and maintain live sound reinforcement systems, audio mixing consoles, and digital audio workstation (DAW) software to deliver high-quality sound during worship services and events Set up, troubleshoot, and operate video recording and editing equipment. Oversee the operation of event audio equipment, including microphones, speakers, and other AV gear to ensure optimal sound quality Coordinate with worship leaders to execute seamless live event AV production projects. Perform routine maintenance on equipment and sound systems to ensure reliability and performance. Troubleshoot technical issues swiftly during live events to minimize disruptions and ensure a smooth experience for attendees Skills Hands-on experience operating recording studio equipment, audio systems, sound reinforcement systems, and live sound engineering tools Strong knowledge of audio mixing consoles, signal processing techniques, and sound design principles for both live events and recorded content Ability to operate event AV equipment including microphones, speakers, video projectors, cameras, and streaming hardware with confidence Excellent troubleshooting skills to resolve technical issues quickly during live productions Clear understanding of sound reinforcement systems operation in large venues or worship environments
Pay:
$23.99 - $28.89 per hour Expected hours: 2.0 - 3.0 per week
