An established bottling manufacturer is hiring a skilled Blow Mold Maintenance Technician to keep high-speed bottle production running at its best. This is a specialist, hands-on role for a technician who owns machine performance - from mold changeovers to troubleshooting and quality validation. Key responsibilities & Requirements Conduct mold changeovers, tooling rebuilds, and preventive maintenance across blow molding machines and support systems Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic faults to resolve breakdowns and quality issues quickly Adjust blow air, preform temperature, and cycle times to optimize bottle wall thickness, strength, and clarity Support installation, commissioning, and validation of new blow mold equipment while following GMP, SQF, HACCP, and LOTO standards 2-5+ years in plastics, blow molding, or similar manufacturing; Tech Long, SACMI, or Sidel experience preferred Benefits 401(k) with company matching Medical, dental, and vision insurance Specialist role with real ownership of machine performance Hands-on work commissioning new blow mold equipment Stable, established bottling manufacturer
