The ideal applicant has good time management skills, is capable of moving baskets of parts up to 40 lbs at times, and has a keen eye for detail. We prioritize our employees' well-being and growth as much as we do our innovative product lines Responsibilities for this role include, but are not limited to:
  • Operating rock tumblers to deburr steel and aluminum parts
  • Examining tumbled product for left-over tumbling media and clearing parts as necessary
  • Careful handling of delicate parts to ensure their safety throughout the tumbling process
  • Identifying potential problems and notifying the appropriate personnel
  • Managing time well to ensure product is moving in and out of the tumbling area efficiently
  • Maintaining a well-kept, organized work area
  • Reporting and claiming accurate production figures
  • Contributing and communicating as a team player to achieve production goals
  • Exhibiting reliable, punctual attendance
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in a production facility preferred, but not required
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
