Training starts at 7:00 AM for 2 weeks , then transitions to 3rd Shift Job Summary Seeking an Investment Casting Operator to perform basic manufacturing and production operations while following safety and quality standards. Responsibilities Assemble and prepare products and components. Operate equipment such as wax molds, soldering guns, cut-off wheels, and automated machinery . Inspect finished products for defects and maintain quality standards. Follow written and verbal instructions, safety procedures, and operating standards. Perform basic machine cleaning and maintenance. Complete production documentation and communicate with team members. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. 6+ months of foundry experience , preferably in cutoff, snag, or forming. Manufacturing, production, or inspection experience preferred. Ability to read procedures and safety instructions. Basic math and measuring skills. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety. Must be comfortable transitioning to 3rd Shift after training.

Pay Details:
