This position is responsible for troubleshooting equipment and processes, optimizing machine performance, maintaining product quality, and supporting safe and efficient production. 3+ years of Extrusion Blow Molding experience is required. Responsibilities Monitor and adjust extrusion blow molding processes to maintain safe, reliable, and efficient production. Troubleshoot process, machine, mold, and equipment issues. Optimize machine settings and processes to improve production efficiency, cycle times, and product quality. Monitor product quality and ensure finished products meet established specifications. Verify raw materials are available and free of defects before production. Identify process issues and communicate concerns between shifts. Develop and implement corrective actions for production and quality issues. Perform minor repairs and adjustments to molds and molding equipment. Maintain clean, organized, and properly functioning machines, tools, and work areas. Assist with training and developing Machine Operators. Complete required production, quality, and equipment documentation. Follow all company safety, environmental, and OSHA requirements. Qualifications 3+ years of Extrusion Blow Molding (EBM) experience required. Strong knowledge of blow molding processes, equipment, and troubleshooting. Experience adjusting and optimizing machine settings. Mechanical, electrical/electronic, or toolmaking experience preferred. Experience training or mentoring production employees preferred. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Good communication and organizational skills. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to work effectively in a team environment. Flexible availability based on production needs. Physical Requirements Ability to stand and walk for shifts of 10+ hours. Ability to reach, climb, balance, bend, kneel, and crouch as needed. Ability to lift up to 60 lbs. occasionally. Ability to use hands and tools to operate and adjust equipment. Ability to visually inspect products, molds, and equipment.

Pay:

$25.00 - $28.00 per hour
