Key Responsibilities Develop, refurbish, and maintain injection molds and mold elements. Dismantle, cleanse, examine, and reconstruct tooling to guarantee top performance. Utilize manual milling equipment, grinders, and additional shop tools. Provide support for EDM (wire and sinker) and CNC tasks when necessary. Diagnose tooling problems and contribute to the creation of long-term solutions. Ensure the workspace is orderly, safety-conscious, and productive. Qualifications Experience in mold repair, toolmaking, or precision machining. Proficiency with manual machining or grinding is a must; experience with EDM or CNC is advantageous. Capability to read and analyze detailed mold and component diagrams. Excellent problem-solving abilities and mechanical insight. Compensation & Environment Attractive hourly remuneration.
