Your approach must be communicative, compassionate and efficient.

Responsibilities include:

Respond quickly to help home and business owners after property damage Communicate with customers and represent our brand with empathy and professionalism Work alongside a supportive team of technicians, supervisors and managers Mitigate mold damage using professional tools and techniques Extract water from flooded structures using commercial extraction equipment Perform demolition tasks e.g. cutting drywall, removing damaged materials (flooring, carpet, insulation, etc.) Take moisture readings, measurements and set up commercial drying equipment Document damage, follow job scopes and use mobile tools to report progress Maintain all company restoration and cleaning equipment Drive a company vehicle to and from job sites Be available for on-call emergency work We offer: A strong, supportive team culture Investment in your training, growth and leadership potential Paid training Safety equipment provided Free uniforms Bonus opportunities

Required:

IICRC certifications in mold remediation with NYS DOL current licensing 2+ years of relevant experience (restoration, construction, demolition, facilities, etc.) Maintenance of annual physical and respirator fit test Must have a valid drivers license and clean driving record Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical labor Reliable, punctual and detail-oriented Strong work ethic and flexibility to work irregular hours when needed (including weekends) Ability to multi-task effectively Excellent analytical and judgment capabilities Attention to detail and pride in your work Good communication skills, professionalism and empathy with customers High school diploma or equivalent Technically comfortable with smartphones, tablets and job-related software Comfort working in challenging or hazardous environments with proper safety protocols
