  • Lead start-up, restart, and troubleshooting efforts across injection molding operations
  • Develop and execute robot programming to optimize production efficiency
  • Manage process parameters and maintain detailed process documentation
  • Provide hands-on training and mentorship to production team members Key Requirements
  • Experience with scientific molding (RJG), injection molding or equivalent certification
  • Strong background in injection molding process technology
