- Lead start-up, restart, and troubleshooting efforts across injection molding operations
- Develop and execute robot programming to optimize production efficiency
- Manage process parameters and maintain detailed process documentation
- Provide hands-on training and mentorship to production team members Key Requirements
- Experience with scientific molding (RJG), injection molding or equivalent certification
- Strong background in injection molding process technology
