Mold Changeover and Process Technician Pretium Packaging - USA Cleveland, OH Job Details $20 - $27 an hour 16 hours ago Qualifications Injection (injection molding) Full Job Description Build reliable production—one changeover at a time Join a manufacturing team that prizes precision, momentum, and safety. Your expertise keeps our lines prepared, our molds maintained, and our quality consistent. Impact you'll make Execute mold setups and changeovers to meet the production schedule without unnecessary downtime. Prep tooling and materials in advance; partner with your supervisor to resolve process-related issues quickly. Perform preventative maintenance on tools in production, including cleaning and greasing molds; clean, inspect, and lubricate equipment and machinery. Answer troubleshooting calls, diagnose mold performance concerns, and complete or assist with repairs. Operate lines as needed, ensuring stable output and adherence to spec. Conduct container quality checks and log all adjustments or abnormalities on assigned machines. Adhere to plant-specific job specifications and task lists. How we work together Communicate effectively with internal and external customers to coordinate priorities. Follow written instructions meticulously and use a variety of hand and power tools. Wear the correct PPE consistently and operate material handling equipment with care. Champion a safe environment for yourself and every associate in the facility. Housekeeping and safety expectations Must wear all required PPE properly. Conduct him/herself in a safe manner. Must keep the area around your workstation clean and free from dirt and debris. Clean assigned areas of the building or pieces of equipment as instructed by your supervisor. Where you'll work and physical demands The work environment is typical of most manufacturing environments. The physical demands described are representative of those that must be met to perform essential job functions. You will regularly sit, stand, walk, use hands and fingers, talk and hear, and also bend and climb. Tools required Must have tools to perform all functions of the job/position.
