As a Lathe Operator, you'll operate machinery that manufactures threaded rebar couplers and other critical steel components used in major construction projects across the country. Requirements:
What we are looking for as a
Machine Operator:
Manufacturing or machine operation experience is preferred but not required-we're willing to train motivated candidates Experience operating Okuma's is a big plus! Ability to use or learn precision measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality Ability to read, write, and follow work instructions Basic math and measurement skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds throughout the shift Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and team-player mindset Commitment to safety and continuous improvement PIed3e0-9742
