Temp-to-Hire A 2nd Shift That Still Leaves Your Mornings Open Spherion Mid Ohio is hiring Molding Machine Operators in Winesburg for a steady manufacturing opportunity on 2nd shift. You'll operate production molding equipment, remove completed parts, inspect finished work for defects, and help keep production running safely and efficiently. This is a good fit for someone who likes hands-on manufacturing work, doesn't mind a warmer production environment, and wants a consistent 4:00 PM

•midnight schedule without rotating shifts. What You'll Do Operate and monitor production molding equipment Load and remove materials and completed parts during production Remove excess material from finished parts as needed Visually inspect completed products for defects and quality Keep accurate production and quality information Monitor equipment and report production or machine issues Follow established work instructions and quality standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow required safety procedures Work with the production team to keep output moving efficiently What We're Looking For Dependable attendance and consistent work habits Strong hand-eye coordination and attention to detail Comfortable working around manufacturing equipment Ability to stay productive in a fast-paced production environment Comfortable working in a warm manufacturing environment Ability to stand and stay active throughout the shift Ability to lift up to 40
