  • $36 per hour
Shifts:
2 nd shift Monday
  • Friday (3pm
  • 11pm) and 3 rd shift Sunday
  • Thursday (11pm
  • 7am) Overtime as needed
SUMMARY:
Injection Mold Process Technician Process Technician will be responsible for installing molds, adjusting settings and troubleshooting processes to assist Production Department with running high quality parts.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Troubleshooting issues in the injection molding process Preventive maintenance of injection mold tooling Operate forklifts and overhead cranes to move molds and equipment Assist in starting, maintaining, and troubleshooting new molding processes Follow process set-up sheets and maintain records Manage raw material drying/conveying systems Switching molds and auxiliary equipment during product line changeovers
REQUIREMENTS / QUALIFICATIONS
Strong mechanical aptitude In-depth knowledge of injection molding process Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently Able to work other departments in a team environment to resolve issues
EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE
High School graduate Formal or on-the-job training and experience 5 years injection molding experience in manufacturing setting
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
Walking, bending, stooping Operating overhead crane and forklift Lifting 40+ lbs. and using appropriate equipment to manipulate/move molds
