Pulaski, TN (Onsite)

Days, Nights, and Weekend shifts available Position Summary The Hand Finisher is responsible for removing steel stock to smooth molding areas using grinders, stones, and emery cloth. This role adheres to company ISO standards for tool manufacturing, which reflect our very high quality standards. The Hand Finisher must meet these standards in a safe, efficient manner while maintaining customer and company specifications and project timelines. Other duties relevant to the position will be assigned as needed. Duties & Responsibilities Use air-driven grinders and di-profilers to remove steel stock and smooth molding areas Maintain a clean and organized workspace Conduct all work safely, following procedures and policies set by Integrity Tennessee, ISO, and OSHA Cooperate with fellow employees and foster a team-based work environment Train others as needed Arrive to work prepared and ready to start by the designated shift time Perform other duties as assigned by leadership/management Maintain great attention to detail and good use of memory and recall Follow direction with minimal clarification or supervision Stay familiar with and implement applicable company, departmental, and job-related quality requirements — including procedures, processes, standards, and work instructions Maintain a positive attitude toward the company and work professionally with fellow employees Work required hours based on current department workload Complete OSHA, crane, and forklift training Qualifications Prior experience as a mold maker, tool and die maker, or precision machinist preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and 3D models Proficiency with precision measuring instruments and machine tools Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Benefits Integrity Tennessee offers a full benefits package, including: Employer-paid health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Health savings account 401(k) with employer matching Life and AD&D insurance LTD insurance Holiday pay Vacation pay Birthday pay Uniform allowance Tool reimbursement program Annual boot allowance And much more How to Apply Interested candidates should submit an application for consideration.
