Job Duties Set up, start, run, and shut down machines by following work instructions and safety rules. Make parts, count products, package items, and keep production records up to date. Check parts for quality to make sure they are clean, complete, and meet company standards. Trim, sort, and package parts to get them ready for the next step in production. Keep the work area clean by taking out trash, cleaning equipment, and organizing materials. Meet daily production goals, work independently, and help improve safety, quality, and efficiency. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED. Experience Requirements Machine operating experience. Basic reading and math skills. Physical Capabilities Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate manufacturing equipment while maintaining awareness of moving machinery. Ability to wear required personal protective equipment and work safely in a manufacturing environment.
