Pay:
$17/hr (Weekly Pay) Position Summary Join our Client in South Dallas as a Machine Technician
  • Wrapper Operator 2nd Shift to operate and maintain final assembly equipment in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, troubleshooting equipment, and contributing to a team focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement. Responsibilities Operate final assembly equipment safely and efficiently Perform basic troubleshooting on production equipment, including carton tapers, dispensers, date coders, and instruction inserters Meet daily production and quality goals as a member of the manufacturing team Safely operate hand and power tools, as well as hoists and cranes Complete production reports, time tickets, and service documentation Perform material handling duties as needed Participate in continuous improvement initiatives Support 5S and Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) programs Follow all company safety and quality standards Requirements Previous manufacturing experience Ability to operate and maintain box forming, wrapping, shrink wrap, bundling, and other automated manufacturing equipment Basic mechanical knowledge, including hydraulics and pneumatics Ability to read and understand equipment operation manuals and technical drawings Basic computer skills Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to work effectively under direct supervision Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Experience with Emmeci, Crathern, Shanklin, and/or Kallfass equipment is preferred but not required Why Join our Client's Team?
