Description:
Babich & Associates has been engaged by a confidential North Texas manufacturer to identify two Process Technicians with hands-on plastic injection molding experience. This position is responsible for stabilizing production after mold, material, and insert changes; confirming that approved process standards are being followed; and helping operators resolve quality, cycle, and scrap issues. The Process Technician will also support first-piece approval, part-weight and cycle verification, robotics, secondary equipment, and shift-to-shift communication. Qualified candidates should understand injection molding startup and process control, not simply machine maintenance. Experience adjusting or verifying molding parameters, troubleshooting scrap, supporting robot tooling, and working with production and engineering teams is strongly preferred. Available Schedules
  • 2nd shift: Monday-Friday, 2:45 p.m.-11:05 p.m.
  • 3rd shift: Monday-Friday, 10:45 p.m.-7:05 a.m.
  • Occasional Saturday work may be required
Requirements:
  • Hands-on plastic injection molding experience
  • Understanding of injection molding startup and process control
  • Experience adjusting or verifying molding parameters strongly preferred
  • Experience troubleshooting scrap and supporting robot tooling strongly preferred
