Experience in mold installation on injection molding machines and setup process for production is required. The Process Technician will be responsible for the following activities: Direct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule; perform process troubleshooting, part inspections and various other functions to ensure part conformity and quality; verify paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at start up of jobs and in process inspections; monitor and prepare support/auxiliary equipment i.e. loaders, grinders, etc. as needed in the production area. Please note that this position will require; following training, completing some or all of these responsibilities. This is a general overview and not an exhaustive list of the process technicians key responsibilities.

Technical Knowledge Skills & Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent required. Ability to speak, read and write English Mold/Set-Up Technician experience is required; ability to read measuring devices, Must possess a valid forklift license, if not we can provide. Experience with hand tools is required

Special Requirements:

(Physical, etc). The person must have good motor skills and the ability to lift 50 lbs. The role requires standing for up to 8 hours, lifting, turning, twisting, safety gate operation, reaching, pulling, pushing, clutching, and placing.
