Injection Molding Process Technician Mako Plastics USA Garland, TX Job Details Full-time From $25 an hour 1 day ago Qualifications Forklift Certification Machine setup Injection (injection molding) English High school diploma or GED Hand tools Full Job Description We are looking to hire a hard working person who takes pride in their work to join our growing plastic injection molding company and be a part of a successful team. Experience in mold installation on injection molding machines and setup process for production is required. The Process Technician will be responsible for the following activities: Direct and monitor the execution of the production schedule as well as performing mold and/or material changes as dictated by the schedule; perform process troubleshooting, part inspections and various other functions to ensure part conformity and quality; verify paperwork for jobs and completion of inspections at start up of jobs and in process inspections; monitor and prepare support/auxiliary equipment i.e. loaders, grinders, etc. as needed in the production area. Please note that this position will require; following training, completing some or all of these responsibilities. This is a general overview and not an exhaustive list of the process technicians key responsibilities.
