SHIFT SCHEDULE

Day Shift:

5:00 AM - 5:00

PM Night Shift:

5:00 PM - 5:00 AM

ROTATING SCHEDULE

Employees will rotate between day and night shifts every 2 weeks, alternating between day and night schedules.

JOB DUTIES

Scoop powder from designated containers into the machine hopper to keep the production process running. Repeatedly transfer powder material from containers into the hopper throughout the shift. Operate and monitor the filling machine that places powder into nicotine pouches. Monitor powder levels and machine operation to ensure consistent production. Assist with machine adjustments, changeovers, cleaning, and basic troubleshooting. Inspect pouches for proper fill, seal, and overall quality. Remove defective products and report quality issues to the supervisor. Follow all GMP, safety, and production procedures. Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records. Keep the work area clean, organized, and free of spills or excess powder. Wear required PPE and follow all company safety guidelines.

QUALIFICATIONS 1-3

years of manufacturing, production, packaging, or machine operation experience preferred. Must be comfortable repeatedly scooping and transferring powder from containers into a machine hopper. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks. Ability to lift and handle containers of powder as required. Comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions. Reliable attendance and willingness to work a rotating 12-hour schedule. Ability to follow GMP, safety, and cleanliness requirements. Comfortable working around powder materials and wearing required
